1. The Office of Energy shall provide the personnel, facilities, equipment and supplies required by the Task Force to carry out the provisions of NRS 704.79887 to 704.7989 , inclusive. 2. To aid and inform the Task Force in carrying out its duties pursuant to NRS 704.79889 , the Commission, in consultation with the Task Force, may engage a knowledgeable and independent third party to analyze all factors deemed necessary to assess the potential costs and benefits to transmission providers and their customers of forming or joining a regional transmission organization.
