As used in NRS 651.005 to 651.040 , inclusive, premises includes, but is not limited to, all buildings, improvements, equipment and facilities, including any parking lot, recreational facility or other land, used or maintained in connection with a hotel, inn, motel, motor court, boardinghouse or lodging house.
