Submission and processing of fingerprints

1. The Commissioner may require an
applicant for or the holder of a license or certificate to submit a complete
set of his or her fingerprints when the Commissioner determines necessary.
2. The Commissioner may use the services
of the Registry to process and to submit the fingerprints to the Federal Bureau
of Investigation, to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal
History, to any federal or state law enforcement agency or to any other entity
authorized to receive such information for the purpose of conducting a
background check of the criminal history of an applicant for or the holder of a
license or certificate.
