Owner-developers: Qualifications and duties of person who acts as sales manager

1. To qualify as a sales manager for the
purposes of NRS 645.283 , a licensed real
estate broker-salesperson must have at least 2 years of experience during the
immediately preceding 4 years as a real estate broker-salesperson or
salesperson licensed in this State or any other state or territory of the
United States, or the District of Columbia.
2. A real estate broker-salesperson shall:
(a) Before becoming associated with an
owner-developer as a sales manager, notify the Division on a form prescribed by
the Division that he or she will be acting in that capacity; and
(b) Upon the termination of his or her
association with an owner-developer as a sales manager, notify the Division of
that fact.
