1. If the public interest would best be served, the Board may adopt regulations restricting the sale of drugs to sale by or under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist. 2. Any regulation adopted pursuant to the provisions of this section shall also include the conditions under which such drugs shall be stored in a pharmacy and the circumstances under which such drugs may be sold.
