1. The Board shall adopt such regulations as are necessary for the safe and efficient operation of pharmacies and wholesalers that offer their services to persons in this State via the Internet. 2. For the purposes of this section, pharmacy includes any person who sells or offers to sell drugs to persons in this State via the Internet.
