Conviction defined

Conviction
means a plea or verdict of guilty or guilty but mentally ill or a conviction
following a plea of nolo contendere to a charge of a felony, any offense
involving moral turpitude or any violation of the provisions of this chapter or chapter 453 or 454 of NRS.
