Requirements for applying for license

Except
as otherwise provided in NRS 636.206 and 636.207 , any person applying for a
license to practice optometry in this State must:
1. File proof of his or her
qualifications;
2. Take and pass each examination
identified, administered or approved by the Board;
3. Pay the prescribed fees; and
4. Verify that all the information he or
she has provided to the Board or to any other entity pursuant to the provisions
of this chapter is true and correct.
