This chapter: 1. Applies to any person who is licensed to practice optometry pursuant to this chapter and any other person engaged in the practice of optometry in this State. 2. Must not be construed to apply to: (a) Physicians and surgeons duly licensed to practice in this State. (b) Any person permitted to practice any other healing art under this title who does so within the scope of that authority. 3. As used in this section, healing art has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 630.0122 .
