1. The Board shall adopt regulations prescribing the training that a podiatric physician must receive before injecting: (a) A neuromodulator that is derived from Clostridium botulinum ; (b) A neuromodulator that is biosimilar to or the bioequivalent of a neuromodulator described in paragraph (a); or (c) Dermal or soft tissue fillers. 2. A podiatric physician who has received the training prescribed pursuant to subsection 1 shall present proof of such training upon the request of a patient or any state or local governmental agency or agent thereof. 3. As used in this section dermal or soft tissue filler has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 629.086 .
