1. A physician assistant may perform such medical services as the physician assistant is authorized to perform by his or her supervising physician. Such services may include ordering home health care for a patient. 2. The Board and supervising physician shall limit the authority of a physician assistant to prescribe controlled substances to those schedules of controlled substances that the supervising physician is authorized to prescribe pursuant to state and federal law.
