Alleged violator of parole: Written order of Chief of Youth Parole Bureau constitutes warrant for arrest; execution of order

1. If there is probable cause to believe
that a child has violated parole, the written order of the Chief of the Youth
Parole Bureau is a sufficient arrest warrant for any peace officer to take the
child into custody, pending return of the child to the juvenile court.
2. Each peace officer or parole officer
shall execute such an order in the same manner as is provided for the execution
of criminal process.
