Nevada Code § 63.620

Required notice upon escape and apprehension of child

1. Upon the escape of a child from a
facility, the superintendent of the facility shall notify:
(a) The appropriate law enforcement agency of the
escape; and
(b) Immediately thereafter, the public. The
notice to the public must include a description of the child.
2. The superintendent of the facility
shall immediately notify the public upon the apprehension of the child.
