Nevada Code § 625.540

Unlawful practice of land surveying; penalty

1. It is unlawful for a person who is:
(a) Not properly licensed or exempted in
accordance with the provisions of this chapter to:
(1) Practice, continue to practice,
solicit to practice, offer to practice or attempt to practice land surveying;
(2) Set, reset or replace any survey
monument; or
(3) Directly or indirectly employ any
means which in any manner tends or is likely to create the impression on the
public or any member thereof that any person who is not licensed pursuant to
this chapter is qualified or authorized to practice land surveying.
(b) To present or attempt to use, as his or her
own, the license or stamp of another person.
(c) To give any false or forged evidence of any
kind to the Board or any member thereof in obtaining a license.
(d) To impersonate any other licensee of the same
or a different name.
(e) To attempt to use an expired, suspended or
revoked license.
(f) To violate any of the provisions of this
chapter.
2. A person who violates any of the
provisions of subsection 1 is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
