Offices; maintenance, inspection and confidentiality of records and reports

1. The Board may maintain offices in as
many localities in the State as it finds necessary to carry out the provisions
of this chapter, but it shall maintain one office in which there must be at all
times open to public inspection a complete record of applications, licenses
issued, licenses renewed and all revocations, cancellations and suspensions of
licenses.
2. Except as otherwise required in NRS 239.0115 and 624.327 , credit reports, references,
financial information and data pertaining to a licensees net worth are
confidential and not open to public inspection.
