1. The Board shall designate an employee as Ombudsman for Residential Pools and Spas. 2. The Ombudsman for Residential Pools and Spas shall: (a) Assist owners of single-family residences and contractors to understand their rights and responsibilities as set forth in NRS 624.900 to 624.965 , inclusive, and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto. (b) Notify the Board if it appears that any person has engaged in any act or practice that constitutes a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
