Unless stipulated in a written settlement agreement signed by all parties to a pending action or complaint filed pursuant to NRS 613.440 to 613.510 , inclusive, any waiver of the rights and procedures provided by NRS 613.440 to 613.510 , inclusive, is against public policy and is void.
