The Nevada Equal Rights Commission may adopt regulations, consistent with the provisions of 42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq., setting forth: 1. The types of examinations which an employer may require; and 2. Any defenses which are available to an employer, relating to the subject matter of those provisions.
