In addition to the regular fee for securing employment, an employment agency may charge an applicant for employment: 1. Interest at the rate of 1.5 percent per month on any account which is more than 30 days past due. 2. Not more than $15 for each check drawn by the applicant which is returned because the applicant had insufficient money or credit with the drawee.
