1. A person applying for a license to manufacture, distribute or be a guarantor of commercial feed must: (a) File an application with the Department on a form prescribed and furnished by the Department; and (b) Pay the fee for the issuance of a license established by the Department pursuant to subsection 2. 2. The Department shall establish a fee for the issuance and annual renewal of a license required by NRS 587.865 in an amount not to exceed $75. 3. A license expires on December 31 of each year. An application to renew a license must be received by the Department on or before December 31 of each year. If a licensee submits an application for renewal after December 31 of the year in which the license expires, the licensee must pay a late fee of $20 in addition to the annual license fee established by the Department pursuant to subsection 2.
