Nevada Code § 586.405

Special use permit

1. The Director may issue a special use
permit authorizing the use of a pesticide for a purpose other than that for
which it is registered. The permit must set forth:
(a) The name and dosage rate of the pesticide or
other material to be used.
(b) The type of pest to be controlled.
(c) The crop or property to be treated.
2. The special use permit may limit the
time, quantity, area and manner of application.
