Nevada Code § 586.403

Regulations governing use; permit required; grounds for denial, revocation or suspension of permit

1. The regulations governing the use of
restricted-use pesticides may:
(a) Provide the time when and the conditions
under which they may be used in this State.
(b) Prohibit their use in areas of this State.
(c) Provide that they shall be used only under a
permit for each application; and the permit may set forth the time, conditions,
quantity and concentration of its use.
2. Every permit which is issued under the
regulations adopted pursuant to this section is conditioned upon compliance
with such regulations and upon such other specified conditions as may be deemed
necessary to avoid injury.
3. Any permit may be refused, revoked or
suspended for violation of any of the conditions of such permit, or for
violation of any provisions of this chapter or the regulations adopted pursuant
thereto.
