Nevada Code § 571.240

Inspection of animal about to be removed from State

1. Inspectors may inspect any animal about
to be shipped, driven, transported or otherwise removed from the State.
2. Consignors, possessors or persons in
charge of such an animal shall, upon demand, fully establish title to the
animal or the legal right to so ship, transport, drive or otherwise remove the
animal from the State.
