Right of entry of inspectors

Inspectors
may at all times enter any premises, farms, fields, corrals, pens,
slaughterhouses, buildings, places, cars, trucks or vehicles where any animal
is quartered for the purpose of examining such places, vehicles or animals to
determine whether they are affected with any infectious, contagious or
parasitic disease.
