Inspectors right of entry for inspection and examination

Inspectors shall have the right at all times
to enter any premises, farms, fields, pens, slaughterhouses, buildings, cars,
trucks or railroad cars where any sheep are quartered, for the purpose of
examining them to determine whether they are infected with any infectious or
contagious disease.
