Board and inspectors to keep record of inspection; contents

1. The Board and each inspector must keep
a record to be known as the inspection record, in which they must enter their
official acts.
2. Such records shall show:
(a) The name of the owner of every flock of sheep
inspected.
(b) The time when and the place where the same
was inspected.
