Nevada Code § 555.239

Renewal of license; fee

1. Except as otherwise provided in this
section and NRS 555.237 , a license
expires on June 30 of each year. A licensee must apply for the renewal of his or
her nursery license annually on or before July 1. It is unlawful to conduct
business without a current license.
2. The fee for the renewal of a license is
ascertained in accordance with the schedule of fees established pursuant to NRS 555.238 .
3. Any license may be renewed after July 1
upon payment of a penalty fee established by regulation of the State Board of
Agriculture. Such a penalty fee must not exceed $200.
