Application for license; transfer of license prohibited; display of license

1. Any person applying for a license must
do so on the application form and in the manner prescribed by the Director.
2. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 555.236 , an application for a license
must be accompanied by the fee established pursuant to NRS 555.238 and by evidence of the good
faith and character of the applicant.
3. A license is not transferable. If a
licensee changes its business name or the ownership of the licensee changes,
the licensee must obtain a new license. A licensee shall not engage in the
business of a dealer of nursery stock until a new license is issued.
4. A licensee shall prominently display
his or her license at the licensees business location.
