The Director, or his or her designee, under the supervision and control of the Board of Regents, is authorized and directed: 1. To care for, manage and develop all property, lands, buildings and equipment of the State 4-H Camp. 2. To make uniform regulations for the use and occupancy thereof, not contrary to the provisions of this chapter, giving priority of use first to Nevada 4-H club members and second to other youth groups of the State. 3. To attend to the entire business and financial affairs of the State 4-H Camp, including submission of a specific budget to the Board of Regents for the development, operation and management of the property.
