Nevada Code § 550.035

State 4-H Camp Advisory Council: Creation; number, terms and selection of members

1. The State 4-H Camp Advisory Council is
hereby created, to consist of 12 members chosen for terms of 3 years as
follows:
(a) Four members from the leaders of 4-H clubs in
this State, elected by the leaders.
(b) Two members appointed by the President of the
University of Nevada, Reno.
(c) Four members designated by the Nevada Farm
Bureau.
(d) Two members designated by the Director.
2. To the extent practicable, the terms of
the members of the Council must be staggered.
3. Except as otherwise provided in this
subsection, a member may not serve more than two consecutive terms but may
serve more than two terms if there is a break in service of not less than 1
year. A member may serve three consecutive terms with the approval of the
Director.
