Nevada Code § 543.240

Area included within district

1. In any county whose population is
700,000 or more, the entire county constitutes the district.
2. In any other county a district may:
(a) Consist of one contiguous area or of two or
more noncontiguous areas.
(b) Include all or part of municipal corporations
and other political subdivisions.
