Legal services to Commission: Duties of Attorney General and deputy attorney generals

The
Attorney General is the attorney for the Commission. The Attorney General shall
designate one or more deputy attorney generals to conduct actions, proceedings
and hearings for the Commission. A deputy so designated shall:
1. Advise the Commission on all matters
relating to the Commission.
2. Maintain an office in Clark County,
Nevada.
