1. It is unlawful for the owner of any dog to permit such dog to run at large if such dog is actively tracking, pursuing, harassing, attacking or killing any wildlife in a state-owned wildlife management area, as provided in NRS 504.143 . 2. Any such dog running at large may be destroyed by any peace officer, without criminal or civil liability therefor.
