Dogs running at large: Unlawful to permit tracking, harassing or killing of wildlife in state-owned area for management of wildlife

1. It is unlawful for the owner of any dog
to permit such dog to run at large if such dog is actively tracking, pursuing,
harassing, attacking or killing any wildlife in a state-owned wildlife
management area, as provided in NRS 504.143 .
2. Any such dog running at large may be
destroyed by any peace officer, without criminal or civil liability therefor.
