Nevada Code § 503.631

Dogs running at large: Unlawful to permit tracking, harassing or killing of big game mammal

1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 503.150 , it is unlawful for the owner
of any dog to permit such dog to run at large if such dog is actively tracking,
pursuing, harassing, attacking or killing any big game mammal within this
State.
2. Any such dog running at large may be
destroyed by any peace officer without criminal or civil liability therefor.
