Unlawful fishing from hatcheries

1. It is unlawful for any person at any
time to fish from any state hatchery, or from any waters set aside or used for
the purpose of rearing or growing fish for transplanting by the State.
2. Nothing in this section prohibits
employees of the Department from handling, at any time, all such fish, as may
be required in the propagation, care and distribution of the fish.
