Live bait: Authority of Commission; permit required for sale

1. The Commission may regulate or prohibit
the use of live bait in fishing so that no undesirable species are introduced
into the public waters of this State.
2. Any person engaged in the sale of live
bait must first obtain a permit from the Department for the fee provided in NRS 502.240 . The permit may be revoked for
any violation of regulations.
3. The Commission may prescribe the
species which may be held or sold by the permittee.
