Certificate of compliance defined

Certificate
of compliance means a certificate issued by this state certifying that the
plumbing, heating, electrical systems, body and frame design and construction
requirements of a commercial coach or the reconstruction or alteration
requirements of a mobile home or commercial coach comply with standards adopted
by the Division.
