Brokerage agreement defined

Brokerage
agreement means a contract between a dealer and a client in which the dealer
agrees to accept compensation to:
1. Assist, solicit or negotiate the sale
or exchange of an interest in a manufactured home, mobile home, manufactured
building or commercial coach or factory-built housing; or
2. Induce any person to buy or exchange an
interest in a manufactured home, mobile home, manufactured building or
commercial coach or factory-built housing.
