Falsification of information or certification on application: Criminal and administrative penalties

Any
person who knowingly falsifies any information or certification on an
application filed with the Department for a commercial drivers license or
learners permit is guilty of a misdemeanor and, in addition to any criminal
penalty which may be imposed on the person, shall be punished as provided in
regulations adopted by the Department pursuant to NRS 483.908 .
