No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle owned by the person or under his or her control to be driven upon any highway by any person who is not authorized under NRS 483.010 to 483.630 , inclusive, or in violation of any of the provisions of NRS 483.010 to 483.630 , inclusive. It is a misdemeanor for a person to violate this section.
