A person shall not cause or knowingly permit his or her child or ward under the age of 18 years to drive a motor vehicle upon any highway when the minor is not authorized under the provisions of NRS 483.010 to 483.630 , inclusive, or is in violation of any of the provisions of NRS 483.010 to 483.630 , inclusive, or if the minors license is revoked or suspended pursuant to title 5 of NRS or NRS 392.148 . It is a misdemeanor for a person to violate this section.
