No person whose driving privilege as a nonresident has been cancelled, suspended or revoked, as provided in NRS 483.010 to 483.630 , inclusive, shall drive any motor vehicle upon the highways of this State while such privilege is cancelled, suspended or revoked. It is a misdemeanor for any person to violate this section.
