1. A lessor of a motortruck may impose an additional charge to recover any costs incurred by the lessor in conducting his or her business. 2. If a lessor of a motortruck wishes to impose an additional charge pursuant to subsection 1, the lessor shall, at the time he or she provides a price quote or estimate for the lease of the motortruck to the lessee of the motortruck, disclose the existence of the additional charge and include the amount of the additional charge in the price quote or estimate.
