Nevada Code § 477.178

Manufacturer defined. [Effective until the date upon which a federal law establishing standards for fire-safe cigarettes becomes effective.]

Manufacturer means:
1. A person who manufactures or otherwise
produces cigarettes or causes cigarettes to be manufactured or produced in any
location and who intends the cigarettes to be sold in this State, including,
without limitation, cigarettes intended to be sold in the United States through
an importer; or
2. The successor in interest of any person
described in subsection 1.
