Nevada Code § 477.176

Cigarette defined. [Effective until the date upon which a federal law establishing standards for fire-safe cigarettes becomes effective.]

Cigarette means any roll of tobacco:
1. Wrapped in paper or any other substance
not containing tobacco; or
2. Wrapped in any substance containing
tobacco which, because of its appearance, its packaging and labeling or the
type of tobacco used in the filler, is likely to be offered to or purchased by
a person as a cigarette described in subsection 1.
