Any information obtained by the Board from any licensee, his or her employer or agent relating to the termination of the employment of a gaming employee or the services of an independent agent is confidential and must not be disclosed except: 1. Such information obtained from the former employer of an applicant for registration as a gaming employee must be disclosed to the applicant to the extent necessary to permit the applicant to respond to any suspension or objection made by the Board to his or her application for such registration; 2. In the necessary administration of this chapter; or 3. Upon the lawful order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
