Nevada Code § 463.180

Qualifications for county license

1. A person is not qualified to hold any
county license unless the person is the holder of a valid state license and
unless the person meets such other qualifications as may be imposed by any
valid county ordinance.
2. A county shall not deny a gaming
license, finding of suitability or approval to a person solely because the
person is not a citizen of the United States.
