Nevada Code § 463.164

Offering of game or gambling game for play: Administrative approval from Chair of Board or approval of Commission required; regulations

1. A licensee shall not offer a game or
gambling game for play unless the game or gambling game has received
administrative approval from the Chair of the Board or an approval of the
Commission.
2. The Commission shall adopt regulations
governing the administrative approval of games or gambling games.
