Nevada Code § 453.326

Unlawful acts relating to recordkeeping, inspections and knowingly keeping or maintaining place where controlled substances are unlawfully used, kept or sold; penalty

1. It is unlawful for a person:
(a) To refuse or fail to make, keep or furnish
any record, notification, order form, statement, invoice or information
required under the provisions of NRS 453.011 to 453.552 , inclusive;
(b) To refuse an entry into any premises for any
inspection authorized by the provisions of NRS
453.011 to 453.552 , inclusive; or
(c) Knowingly to keep or maintain any store, shop,
warehouse, dwelling, building, vehicle, boat, aircraft or other structure or
place which is resorted to by persons using controlled substances in violation
of the provisions of NRS 453.011 to 453.552 , inclusive, for the purpose of
using these substances, or which is used for keeping or selling them in
violation of those sections.
2. A person who violates this section is
guilty of a category C felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130 .
