1. A person shall not, in order to obtain a financial gain, intentionally falsify, forge, conceal, deface or obliterate a document of gift, an amendment or revocation of a document of gift or a refusal. 2. A person who violates this section is guilty of a category C felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130 , or by a fine of not more than $50,000, or by both fine and the punishment provided in NRS 193.130 .
